This RAM Mounts U-Bolt Base with B-ball is ideal for attaching to handlebars, tubes etc. with a diameter of up to 31.75 mm. The base (incl. u-bolt) comes with two nuts, two rubber caps and a composite adapter that allows attachment to tubes with a minimum diameter of 12.7 mm.
