Pro Safe elbow protectors

Pro Safe is moulded from visco-elastic polyurethane, which is very light and flexible. The outer skin has a closed cellular structure, while the internal core has an open cell structure.
This combination of materials makes the foam more resistant to environmental influences and prevents water penetrating into the internal core under normal conditions.
Variations in temperature and humidity have minimal effect on the impact absorption qualities.

Buying advice: Protector inserts in impact test - issue 09/2006
"Motorrad NEWS" put a total of 17 protector inserts on the testbed, including hip protectors, which tend to be neglected (2 "Motorrad News" recommendations).
The result for the ProSafe 98 protectors (shoulder, elbow, knee and hip) was:
"Verdict: Our Best Buy recommendation - good protection at a good price. Although here again there is some room for improvement, if the impact absorption were just a tad better. The Pro Safe is flexible and comfortable to wear. The knee protector even has ventilation holes ..."

Protector inserts for textile and leather clothing provide added safety. "MOTORRAD" magazine (issue: 23/2005) tested 14 one-size-fits-all sets for shoulders, elbows and knees (1x very good; 4x good; 4x satisfactory, 5x acceptable).
The verdict on the Pro Safe protectors is:
"Good impact absorption: large, continuous protective surfaces - except for a few ventilation holes and a notch at the elbow - for elbows and knees; clearly marked; moulded; different protectors for shoulders, elbows and knees; flexible, comfortable to wear: not permanently deformed after impact."
