Sehr guter Helm!

Sehr toller Helm, leider ist bei mir der Atemabweiser abgegangen, gekauft wurde der Helm im Mai herum.
Ist es möglich den Helm bei Ihnen (insofern es ein rückgaberecht gibt) umtauschen zu lassen?

Der Helm macht einen guten Eindruck. *ABER* Ich habe ihn in der größten Größe bestellt. YXL. Er sollte bei einem Kopfumfang von 53 bis 54cm passen.
Er geht dem Kind, für das ich ihn eigentlich bestellt habe, überhaupt nicht über den Kopf!!! Er passt dem jüngsten Kind (sechs Jahre)mit einem KU von 51cm.
Deswegen behalten wir ihn auch. Allerdings können wir bei Louis keinen Helm für das ältere Kind kaufen, da es wie gesagt schon der größte Helm war. Echt total nervig. Deswegen direkt 2 Sterne Abzug, obwohl er eigentlich toll ist.
