  • Louis Motorcycle Pastry Cutter, Set of 6

Whether it's friends calling round for a coffee, the mother-in-law's birthday, or Christmas again - it's always good to have some tasty cookies in the house. And what could be better than motorcycle cookies!

Louis has a set of six pastry cutters with different motorbike shapes. They make baking great fun, and your coffee will taste even better.

    • Six shapes: Chopper, Bobber, Sports Bike, Touring Bike, Sports Tourer, Enduro
    • Made of tin-plated steel
    • Food-safe
    • Not dishwasher safe

Why not try out this simple recipe for approx. 300 g of motorbike cookies:

    • 125 g butter
    • 125 g sugar
    • 250 g flour
    • 1 pack of vanilla sugar
    • 4 egg yolks
    • Approx. 1 small cup of milk
    • Knead the mixture together with an electric mixer. The dough should not stick. If necessary, add a bit more milk. When ready, roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out the motorcycles.

Then place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at approx. 180°C for 5-8 minutes (depending on how light or dark you like your cookies).
