Universal flasher relay which can be used for LED turn signals or a combination of standard and LED turn signals. Includes defect detection, i.e. when an indicator light drops out the, flashing frequency of the other functioning indicator light increases.

Pinout:

• 49 P = battery input, (12V +)
• 31G = earth (-), (GND)
• 49a L = light (to turn signal switch)

Connection to relay:

• Black to P (power supply 49)
• Brown (49a) L (signal)
• Green to 31(-) (GND)

For vehicles with triple connector and 2-pin assignment (49, 49a):

• Green (separate) to GND (31) and to earth

For vehicles with triple connector and 3-pin assignment (49a, 31):

• Use green (adaptor plug)
