How do you use a correctly functioning tachometer on a motorcycle which does not emit a rev count signal? The solution: the Daytona induction tachometer set. The twisted cable is wrapped around the spark plug wire and detects the engine speed by induction. Or you use the other cable to connect directly to the ignition coil. However you do it, the rev count pulses are detected and can be displayed by the connected tachometer.
